"On the morning of our scheduled private food tour, we set out from our hotel to the meet point and not only did it start raining, but it was hailing. Yet there was Miguel on time and ready to take us on a food journey of Porto. Luckily the rain (and hail) subsided and Miguel took us to places we never would’ve walked into by looking from the outside. Each place was amazing and Miguel shared with us some of the nuances of the food we were tasting, and the establishments. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. "Our group of 7 had a wonderful tour with Mayumi last Friday, April 4th. She was very knowledgeable and knew the history of Porto extremely well. She was also fun and very engaging and we loved spending the day with her. She accommodated our needs and was very flexible. She was easy to understand and answered all of our questions. She even spent more time with us than we planned so that she could walk us to the train station and the market so we wouldn’t get lost.
