"We had a wonderful time in Bruges with Igor! He has extensive knowledge of the city and its history, and he shared that knowledge in fascinating and relatable stories. He pointed us to some great chocolate shops, explained the history of Michelangelo’s “Madonna and Child,” and helped us understand how access to the sea contributed to the growth of Bruges. He was also very gracious in responding to our tourist requests, such as the best way back to the train station, and where to purchase headache medicine. Igor made me feel that I was in the most interesting history class ever! Highly recommend! "

We were able to see and learn a lot about the city. Insights into the city were very helpful for us. He provided an extensive list of restaurants when asked. We did go to two he suggested…..L’Estaminet (great place and definitely felt more local) and Grand Cafe De Republiek (another great option that we were grateful for the recommendation)."
