"A lively and insightful tour of Montmartre touching on architecture, civic history, art, local crafts and Paris’s signature bakery seductions. Having mentioned that I was step-averse, our local guide, Bibiana, devised a way to get to the basilica with as few stairs as possible. She was open to detours and quickly got a sense of what in the neighbourhood appealed to us. The time flew by and, all in all, this was an educative and entertaining excursion. "

"Spending three hours with Maxime touring Montmarte has been the absolute highlight of our tour, and there have been many (on our "sampling trip" that started at Budapest, to Vienna (via Bratislava) and finally Paris). To say Maxime is knowledgeable is an understatement. What stood out was who Maxime is: a very kind, empathetic, socially conscious and extremely personable young man. He truly won us over with his genuine love of this area and his understated passion. Even though he was somewhat under the weather, he spent more than 3.5 hours walking the hills of Montmarte with with us, allowing us to take our time to stop and pause at what may have caught our eyes and at each stop would give us insight into history, social, cultural and art background. I cannot thank him enough for being such a kind person and a wonderful tour guide. My wife joins me in wishing him the very best. "

"Wonderful and unforgettable experience! Iza was lovely, and very interesting and informative about the area as well as the food. The tastings were inventive and well thought out. The Marché St Germain was incredible. I think the sweets and cheeses were our favorites but we all tried something new and had a really fun time. Iza took extra time to personalize the tour because we had one person with us who wasn’t as able to walk longer distances and we really appreciated it. "
