All locations were extremely diverse and offered a little bit of everything. I highly recommend doing a guided tour to these locations as they are far distances from Lisboa. Stasea was extremely knowledgeable of the history, patient, kind, and also a great driver. The ages of our group ranged from 7-65 years old and everyone had a good time! He conveyed his knowledge of the history of Lisbon very well, and carried a file of illustrations which helped us to see how various areas appeared in the past. A stop to try a local pastry and coffee was included, and Peter made sure that we were safe and comfortable throughout the tour. We also visited a local ceramic workshop where we witnessed the techniques used to paint designs onto the products. Some lovely pieces were available to view/purchase.
